Hi, I’m Mags Wilder.
I started Work Wise ADHD after watching brilliant professionals burn out chasing systems that were never built for their brains. As a registered nurse prescriber specialising in ADHD, and as someone who lives this neurotype daily, I know that focus isn’t a moral virtue it’s a relationship you build with your energy, environment, and support network.
My work isn’t about “fixing” attention. It’s about giving you adaptive tools and language so you can advocate for yourself, protect the work you care about, and create momentum without sacrificing your wellbeing.
